This was my first time ever doing Yogg-Saron, so if you see me mess up a couple of times that is why. The whole time I had no clue what I was doing, I was just doing what people told me to do over vent, and decursing/abolish poisoning my butt off.

This fight is only hard to heal if you don't keep a good handle on the decursing and the removing of poisons. The first phase there isn't even much of that its mostly in phase two. During phase one you just heel your group and if its time to kill the adds don't be near them when they die, because they explode. During phase two thats when the decursing and removing poisons come in, you have to have a couple of heals go into the portals with the melee but in my video I followed the ranged dps around as they took down her tenticles, crushers take priority. And finally the third and final phase all you have to do is turn your back to Yogg-Saron and heal heal heal. Phase three is pretty healing intense if people don't turn around but other then that its pretty simple. Oh and one more thing I forgot to mention before, the entire time you have to keep an eye on your insanity debuff, if it is getting around 60 you better get to a sanity well quick and get it back to 100.

Last thing I want to throw out there, the reason my healbot looks all weird is because they had a 26th person in the raid that wasn't in the fight with us. The bottom of the healbot was actually covering my top bar of skills! So a couple of times I had to type /use < skill > quite a bit.
